Our breeding program aims primarily at preserving the breed and improving its genetics. As a small cattery, our kittens are considered family members and live with us in our home. From the moment they are born, we dedicate attention, care, and love to them, resulting in cats with sweet expressions and gentle temperaments.

British Village is a cattery exclusively dedicated to the British Shorthair breed. With ethical, mindful, and family-based breeding, we are committed to offering both genetic and emotional excellence in every new life born under our care.
Our passion for this breed began with an honest search for a new feline companion. When we discovered the British Shorthair, we were immediately captivated by their sweet expression, gentle nature, and robust appearance. Since then, our dedication has only grown.
We started researching and immediately fell in love with the British Shorthair breed.
Breeding has never been our main occupation. This cattery was born from our deep love for the breed and our desire to provide the best possible care for each kitten — while also connecting with other families and sharing the joy of this unique feline universe.
Today we are affiliated with nationally and internationally recognized organizations, such as FIFe, WCF e a Tropicats.
Our Breeding Program:
Our breeding program aims to preserve the breed and promote its genetic improvement. We work with carefully selected European bloodlines to ensure health, affection, and breed standards. Our cats are part of the family — they live freely and are raised with respect, love, and daily care.
